WHAT’S UP?! Happy Wednesday I hope everyone has their Christmas shopping all done because I would be no where near a mall right now.
I’m not blogging about a trend today, I wanted to dedicate a post to my love of wearing my concert merch on a daily basis. This is one of my favorite shoots to date because I feel like it is really me and my personal style shone through.
Whether I am wearing my merch with jeans, leggings, or my joggers I always find a way to wear it. I find nothing sexier than I woman rocking a tee shirt, jeans and heels. It’s just effortless. It’s a perfect weekday night out outfit with your girls or guy best friend (me lol).
A couple of things I look for when I am shopping for merch at concerts. I broke it down to three major requirements before I pull the trigger:
- NO DATES – I tend to stay away from dates on the tee, I don’t like the tour dates on the back of shirts. I do have some, but I don’t like the shirts to be dated. (I’ll make an exception from time to time.. it depends if the design outweighs it.) There are dates on my Astroworld shirt above… there was a horse on the front of it…I had to get it.
- MUST BE UNIQUE– I look for a unique design, a shirt that won’t be sold at Urban Outfitters or a shirt that I haven’t seen yet.
- SIZE UP– I typically buy LARGE OR EXTRA LARGE. I love the oversized look with jeans. I HATE TIGHT TEE SHIRTS THEY DON’T LAST LONG AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONGEVITY WITH CONCERT MERCH.
The Astroworld tee isn’t available online…,but I just wanted to show you how to style them this time of year….
